All tuition, registration fees, and purchases are due as indicated during checkout or registration.
Late payments may incur additional fees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Santa Teresa Academy of Music and Dance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or communications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California unless prohibited by law.

We may modify these Terms from time to time.
